BLS for Healthcare Providers

This BLS for Healthcare Provider course is designed for doctors, nurses, EMS, dental professionals, and other healthcare professionals. This course teaches healthcare professionals how to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.

This course have the following course completion options (both of which result in receipt of the same AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider certification card):

100% Classroom Based

This class is conducted in the traditional instructor-led,  classroom-base style. The session will conclude with an skills evaluation session wherein students will have to demonstrate their proficiency with skills taught. Students sucessfully completing the course will receive an official AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider certification card within 14 days of the completion of the class. My CPR Pros can provide students with a Letter of Successful Completion on the day of class if requested.

80% Online with In-Person Skills Evaluation

***PLEASE NOTE***

Student completing the course in this format will receive the EXACT same AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider certification card as those doing the 100% classroom based course received. No mention is made on the card that a portion of the course was completed online.

Steps involved in this format:

1. Within 24 hours of registration you will recieve an access code for the online AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider course.
    
   
2. Complete the online course and test. You will be able to log in and out of the course, completing it at your convenience.
    
   
3. After completing the online course and test, students will be able to print out a online course Completion Certificate. YOU MUST BRING THIS CERTIFICATE WITH YOU TO YOUR IN-PERSON SKILLS EVALUATION.
    
   
4. Complete your in-person skills evaluation (conducted on the same day of the classroom-based course). Skills evaluations will be conducted between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM and take about 20 minutes to complete.
    
   
5. Students sucessfully sucessfully completing the online course AND in-person skills evaluation will receive an official AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider certification card within 14 days of the completion of the class. My CPR Pros can provide students with a Letter of Successful Completion on the day of class if requested.
